September 14, 2008- Still waiting for Internal Affairs to finish
up the review and release records to the family. Meanwhile, we are writing all United States Senators to request that legislation
be brought forward to require animal control training for all law enforcement officers.
August 11, 2008- The Internal Affairs

June 26, 2008- All requestors of open records received a formal written request from
the Sheriff's Office to the Attorney General requesting that no records be released while they are investigating a crime. So, what
crime exactly are they investigating? We have been told that the officer will either be exonerated or reprimanded depending upon the
outcome of the Internal Affairs investigation. So what crime has taken place? The officer can't have committed a crime if he will
only be reprimanded. Therefore, we maintain that all records, photos, calls, and video evidence should be released to the
public.

after he shot Champ.
